RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

(Made to Order items cannot be returned or exchanged)

We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 14 business days from receipt of product.  Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Returns are refunded as a credit on account once the item(s) have been received back into the warehouse and approved.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from credit on account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.  Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

To return an item, email your Customer Service Rep and request a Return Authorization Number.  This is required.  To proceed with any return pickup organized with Mainly Baskets, we require either original packaging to be used or new boxes to be provided by the customer. Once you receive your authorization, simply send the items with the packing slip and all original packaging to:
